Description
The objective of this 1:1 full immersion is to introduce HeartMath’s definition of stress, explain the concept of heart coherence, assess your stress level. Teach you Heart-Focused Breathing™Technique, The Quick Coherence® Technique, Heart Lock-In® Technique, Freeze Frame® Technique, and the Attitude Breathing Technique. We will also go over the HeartMath Experience videos and PDFs. Introduce the personal practice log guide and how to incorporate these techniques into your life in order to activate the power of your heart. This immersion 1:1 coaching is ideal and great for anyone who is on their healing journey and wants to dive deeper into the heart-brain coherence practices in order to harness the power of their hearts.
These are 1:1 sessions, not courses or pre-recorded videos. We will virtually meet once a week for five weeks. We will set up times and dates that work best for us. Here you will have access to the information we will be discussing in each session.
