Description
The objective of these 1:1 sessions is to introduce HeartMath’s definition of stress, explain the concept of heart coherence, assess your stress level. Teach you Heart-Focused Breathingâ„¢Technique and the Quick Coherence® Technique. We will also go over the HeartMath Experience videos and PDFs and introduce the personal practice guide and how to incorporate these techniques into your life.
We will meet virtually for 3 sessions in two weeks. These are 1:1 sessions, not courses or pre-recorded videos. We will set up times and dates that work best for us. Here you will have access to the information we will be discussing in each session.
