What is HeartMath ® ?

HeartMath® is a new way of helping people feel better by changing the pattern of their heartbeats. These techniques helps bring coherence between our emotions and body and helps us feel more calm and navigate life from a coherent place. We used to think that the brain controlled the heart, but it turns out that the heart sends more signals to the brain than it receives! These signals can affect how we feel and think. When we feel positive emotions, our heart sends out a more stable pattern of signals that helps us think better and feel more stable. Scientists at the HeartMath® Institute have found that different patterns of heart activity have different effects on how we think and feel.

Yes, these stools have helped mothers to stay calm and peaceful during their pregnancy. This creates a comfortable environment for their baby. These sessions can be done virtually, so distance doesn’t matter.

You’ll have six virtual sessions with me, but we can add more if you need them. Some people feel better after just six, while others need more. The number of sessions varies depending on your needs. We’ll work together for one hour each time, and in addition to our sessions, you’ll get email support, and assignments, to help you. The sessions will depend on what you want to achieve and where you are in your healing journey.
