When we use HeartMath, our heart gets stronger and smarter, which makes us feel more in control and kinder to ourselves and others. Yes, these stools have helped mothers to stay calm and peaceful during their pregnancy. This creates a comfortable environment for their baby. These sessions can be done virtually, so distance doesn’t matter.
You’ll have six virtual sessions with me, but we can add more if you need them. Some people feel better after just six, while others need more. The number of sessions varies depending on your needs. We’ll work together for one hour each time, and in addition to our sessions, you’ll get email support, and assignments, to help you. The sessions will depend on what you want to achieve and where you are in your healing journey.
