Training as a dancer since I was six years old, I have accumulated several injuries and imbalances over the years. I’ve seen so many chiropractors and physical therapists, and Dr. Karina is the only practitioner who can dramatically improve my pain or range of motion in one visit. She really listens to you and takes her time. I don’t know how she does so much in one 30-minute appointment, but she’s simply the best. I’m a patient for life!

I can’t thank her enough for her guidance and intuitive body work. I went to her just to understand more about my emotions, my body and body aches and pain. I wanted to prepare my body for pregnancy with alternative healing method and my friends told me amazing things about her, so I wanted to try it. Little did I know that she was going to connect with what she calls a spirit baby. Conceiving has been a very personal journey for me but I wanted to share this with the intention to help someone else. Before her I had been through two cycles of IVF and I was losing hope, after our session I understood why there was what she calls a “delay” and I am happy to say we are expecting a baby girl. We have been immensely grateful for her guidance and healing sessions, my husband and I are so grateful we found her. I took in a stray cat 6 years ago and he had back pain so bad he needed pain meds. (vet said he was abused) he’s been on 3 different kinds of pain killers at the highest doses safely allowed but he has been pulling out his hair every day. ONE session with dr. Dr. Monegro exceeded my expectations. In the website it says the messages are intuitive but I felt the depth of the connection with how spit on the messages were. Dr. Karina Monegro is a true healer. Her energetic work and chiropractic skills are by far the best that I have ever experienced. I have seen Dr. Karina Monegro a number of times over the last few months. She is an absolute gem in my healing process. Her holistic approach links the emotional to the physical to the spiritual. If you know your exact pain, she will cater her technique to ease it. If you don’t know exactly where your pain originates, she will help figure it out. Her approach is gentle and caring. She applies a breadth of knowledge that cannot be overvalued. I access a greater range of (e)motion and often feel immediate relief from my visits. Finding her has been a gift and game changer.

I don’t normally do these types of things however due to lockdown and pressures from my partner I thought I would try it. I found it very helpful and insightful with what Dr Katrina Monegro left with me. I highly recommend doing this even if it’s your first time. I am forever grateful to Dr. Karina for all of the times that she has helped me, whenever my body would rebel against me! Whether I had a headache, or neck tension that wouldn’t budge, she always managed to get my body to reset and heal. Her technique is gentle and relaxing. She always gets me to laugh during the session as well, which is a fun way to eliminate stress. Long story short, by the end of every session, I feel physically and mentally improved.

I Had a fantastic online Scan and sweep session, I was a bit sceptical at first as I’m in a different country but I was amazed at Dr Karinas abilities to diagnose exactly how I have been feeling and what parts I needed to work on and offer suggestions for improvements. I have already started her recommendations and I’m looking forward to issues improving that have been ongoing for a while.
