Rules & Polices
Events Etiquette
- Always book on time, no later than a week before the event
- Send consent forms if required no later than 48hrs before the event
- Please be kind, polite and respectful towards one another
- No texting is allowed!
- Arrive 5-10 minutes before the event
- If you have to leave early, please inform me and or leave quietly
- Be compassionate towards other people emotions and opinions
- Remember to be respectful towards the space
Reservations Policy
These will be an on going series of events, the last day to register is a week before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations have to be made 48hrs in advance unless it is an emergency case.
Refund Policy
If you cancel 48hrs in advance for for any event I can honor a full refund. If you cancel a cookie decorating class you will have the option of picking up the kit on another day for them to do it at home. If you cancel 24hrs in advance, I will honor 50% of the refund, after that, no refund. And if there is a no-show on an event or there will be no refund. Also children are not allow in the room if they are more than 10mins late.
